YOUR ORDER

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail with tracking number once your order has been successfully transmitted. 

SHIPPING

We ship orders within the U.S. via UPS. Shipping rates are generated during the checkout process. International orders can be shipped via UPS or DHL.  If you are ordering from abroad and have any questions please contact the store at info@tiinathestore.com.

We do not ship to shipping centers. If you wish to ship your order to a location other than to a residential or business address, please contact us before placing the order at info@tiinathestore.com to guarantee that the order will go through.

TIINA the STORE will not be responsible for any customs fees incurred from importing goods.
All orders will be shipped within three business days of being placed. We do not offer weekend delivery. 

UPS ground shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept the return of any new and unused item(s) if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The goods have to be in their original condition with tags attached. Should this happen, please request for a  Return Authorization (RA) within 7 days of the delivery.

Tiina the Store only accepts returns within 7 days from the date customer has received the shipment. 

Please note that any items that are ON SALE, are FINAL SALE.  We cannot accept them back.

Any RA number requests falling outside of the 7/7 day time frame outlined above will not be accepted. Items returned without an return authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

Follow these steps to complete your return or exchange:

1) Request RA (Return Authorization) number within 7 days of delivery via e-mail at info@tiinathestore.com and we will send your RA number once the request has been authorized.

2) Write the RA number outside the package

3) Ship the items with UPS or Fedex and e-mail the tracking number to: info@tiinathestore.com. We will not accept a return without tracking number.

4) We will ship you the exchanged items if they are available. You will be charged an additional fee for the shipping and receive a new tracking number for the shipment. If the item is no longer available you'll be issued a refund. 

5) Once Tiina the Store has received the returned goods we will process your refund within 7 business days. Check with your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card. Tiina the Store reserves the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return/exchange process, please contact us at info@tiinathestore.com. 

You will not be refunded for shipping charges on returns or exchanges.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We do our best to have the inventory updated at all times but item availability is not guaranteed. If an item you purchased is sold out we will call you or e-mail you and the amount we be credited back to your credit card.

TAX

Residents of New York will be charged the States required sales tax on all eligible items. Residents of all other states are exempt and will not be charged tax on their order.
